Shipping policy

Please note that order processing times are unique from shipping times displayed at checkout. 

Our policy and practice it so process, fulfill, and ship (scanned with FedEx, UPS, USPS) orders within twenty-four (24) hours of order receipt.  The exception is that orders that would ship on a Sunday or holiday if services were available will ship on the following day. Customers will receive email/text confirmations (order placement, order shipment w/ tracking information).

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders over $25 that are shipped within the United States. We ship all orders from the East Coast, so delivery times will vary based on customer location.

International Shipping

At this time, we are only ship to addresses within the United States.  While we woudln like to offer our products to all markets globally, we adhere to legal restrictions placed on many markets (e.g., Canada, all EU countries). 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@golivebewell.com with your name and order number, and we will gladly look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Due to carrier limitations, we are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses. Please be sure to provide a valid US mailing address at checkout to avoid unnecessary order processing delays and additional shipping fees.  

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We believe you will be pleased with the most efficacious synbiotic products available on the market in any form.  However, if there is a reason that you would like to return any product with thirty (30) days of receiving it and receive a refund, please email us at hello@golivebewell.com.  Please include your order number and the reason for the return and refund requests.  We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
